Lead Pastor – Zach Chase

Zach has Been at New Life Church as a pastor for 23 years, and accepted the role of lead pastor in 2023. Zach in his ministry has been privileged to speak all over the country at various churches and events, but his heart is called to serve God in New England and more specifically Western Massachusetts. Zach is an avid baseball fan (go dodgers), loves running, loves his family, and loves to laugh and makes others laugh. It is with a grateful heart that he serves God, and New Life Church.

Director of Worship – Alyn Caley

Alyn, a mom, wife, and entrepreneur, is dedicated to empowering women to heal through Jesus Christ's love. Despite battling addiction, eating disorders, and the trauma of childhood abuse, Alyn experienced God's unwavering presence and eventual restoration. Singing, a gift she cherished since childhood, became her means of feeling God's presence and she sang in various choirs regionally and internationally. Her passion for worship allows her to connect deeply with Jesus and use her platform to remind others of God's enduring love regardless of their past or present.
